On June 22, 2022, M&M Mid-Valley Service & Supply acquired Northwest Petroleum Service, INC. The sale included complete purchase of NPS and its assets. NPS employees transitioned to M&M in the positions they had at the time.
Tom and Bette Nieuwenhuis founded NPS 50 years ago with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients across Wisconsin and Michigan. The tradition of service continued with the latest owners (and siblings) Jay Nieuwenhuis and Jeny Nieuwenhuis-Hardel.
Similarly, M&M Mid-Valley Service and Supply, founded by Martin and Cathy Meyer in 1989, is now owned and operated by their children, Mickey Meyer and Sherrie Keller.
M&M Mid-Valley Service and Supply owners are long-term friends of our family. Mickey and Sherrie are the perfect leaders to carry on our longstanding tradition of servicing our clients.
